The Star of Ishtar is a divine and sacred symbol found from ancient Sumeria, now modern-day Iraq. The Babylonian Goddess Ishtar was known as the Sumerian Goddess Inanna. She has been referred to as the Goddess of Resurrection from the legend of her decent into the Underworld to save humanity from materialism and world suffering.

Spiritualists like myself believe there is only one Divine and Eternal Feminine source and not only is her consciousness available to everyone, but she's had many faces throughout history attempting to enlighten humanity with her grace, love and wisdom. 

We see the Divine Feminine as Mary the Mother of Jesus, The Cosmic Madonna, The Mother of the World, Isis, Mary Sophia, Maya the Mother of Buddha, Maia the mother of Hermes, Our Lady of Guadalupe, The Black Madonna, Aztec Goddess Coatlocpia, and many more.
