MAD COURAGE COLLECTION: Believe In Yourself
This week we are celebrating the Mad Courage theme featuring the most popular birthstone for March, Aquamarine. I designed and created 6 different pieces for this collection. Aquamarine
According to Judy Hall’s, The Crystal Bible, Aquamarine is the "stone of courage" hence the reason this week's theme is Mad Courage.
Courage may not necessarily be the first thought that comes to mind when observing the energy of aquamarine... Usually, you feel a sense of tranquility, serenity, and an overall vibes peace and calm.
Empaths are highly sensitive to the soothing energetic effects of aquamarine. Aquamarine's energetic field inspires thought-forms the element of water, which internally represents our emotions and externally represents bodies of water around the earth. And it is our own personal relationship to the water element which shapes our experiences and emotions toward aquamarine.
Naturally, when we are overcome with a sense of calm, we are able to live our lives more fully in the present moment. The consequences therefore include a clearer, sharper mind, better recollection, a sense of lightness, better understanding, greater compassion, and a sincere inspiration for spiritual growth.
On a spiritual level, aquamarine is said to connect us with the angelic realm by enhancing our natural intuitive abilities. We can better understand how to utilize our intuition to lead a more confidently with this new-found dimension to life.
Glacier Cubes Design
When I first laid eyes on these cube-shaped Aquamarine gemstones, it was love at first sight. They reminded me of ice, but specifically the beautiful blue hues we see in glaciers with their magnificent size. Can you imagine their force and strength?
My inspiration for this design was to adorn you with a representation of the water element, appearing to be frozen in form forever. I incorporated moonstone because this is a very spiritual & emotional stone that strongly resonates with our emotions. When we are emotional, our bodies shed tears (water). Water is therefore a metaphysical symbol for our emotions.
May this design serve to remind you that you are stronger than you think and much stronger than you give yourself credit for. True courage comes from within, not outside of ourselves. Courage stems from the waves of emotions we have bottled up inside us to do what we believe is right.
Believe in yourself. Trust yourself. Love yourself.
Ocean Tears Design
You may not be able to tell in the pictures and video of this particular piece, but the Aquamarine is actually shaded. This means the aquamarine transitions from lighter to darker shades, ever so slightly.
This is one of the most exquisite pieces I think I've ever made. I'm truly very proud of my work with this one and was quite peculiar about the teardrops I used on this piece. I carefully laid them out to make sure they were perfect in size.
Each necklace took almost 2 hours to assemble because of the time it took to select and organize the stones, not to mention the holes are SO TINY! Therefore, only 1 necklace in each size variant was created - 16", 18" and 20".

Ocean Breeze Design
Aquamarine's energy can bring a sense of peace, relief, and even have a cooling affect on the body.
Hindu spiritual beliefs tie aquamarine to the throat chakra. What is the throat? A channel connecting our minds, our higher crown chakra (spirituality) with our earthly heart and body. And channels are necessary for flow and harmony.
The intention of Ocean Breeze is to overwhelm you with a sense of peace and serenity. May you enjoy to "go with the flow" as if allowing the ocean currents to easily guide you to you next destination feeling fully present every moment there.
Inner peace is always easily available to you, all you have to do is close your eyes, breathe deeply, feel the breeze (even if only imaginary) and retreat within yourself.
Courage Bar Design
This is the only bar necklace design in my March Madness Signature Collection series. The Aquamarine stones I used for these designs are absolutely magnificent in color, cut and clarity.
The bar design is one of the most popular and minimalistic ways to wear gemstones. If you're going for a layered look, this is a lovely piece to wear as a top or middle layer.
May this design remind you to retreat inward, consult with your Highest Self, and discover the courage you've always held within yourself. Wear with the intention that this piece will serve you by keeping you conscious of your Inner Power.

Modification requests may be submitted at any time regardless of time lapse from original purchase date.
If you would like to request any modifications to your existing Signature Design, such as length, clasp style, addition of spacer beads, etc, please email Cristy directly at cristy@cristycali.com to submit your request.
Not all requests may be accepted. Any modifications that require a design to be restrung will be subject to a $35 restringing fee, or $25 for Krewe Members, plus cost of requested modifications.
